The Agence Française de Développement (AFD), a public and solidarity-based development bank, processes personal data concerning you.

Your data is processed for the purpose of managing registrations and access to training content on the mooc-campus.afd.fr website.
How long do we retain your data?
Your data is retained for 5 years from the end of your registration.
Who has access to your data?
Your data is only accessible to AFD staff who need access to it in the context of carrying out their duties.
The collected data may be shared as necessary with third parties (AFD partners, subcontractors and service providers). Such sharing of information is carried out only to the extent necessary for the performance of the tasks we entrust to these third parties.
Where the nature of the operation carried out permits, the data is anonymised beforehand before being shared.
Furthermore, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, we may be required to share personal information with administrative or judicial authorities upon written request, justified by the legislative texts underpinning the right of disclosure.
Our commitments
Our aim is always to keep your personal data in the safest and most secure manner possible, and only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing. To this end, we implement appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures to prevent any alteration, loss of your data or any unauthorised access thereto.
AFD does not sell any data collected in the course of its activities.
When we are required to transfer your data to countries where the level of personal data protection has not been recognised as adequate by the European Commission, we rely on the implementation of one of the appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of your personal data (such as binding corporate rules or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission). Your rights
In accordance with the French "Informatique et Libertés" law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, and with European Regulation 2016/679, you may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability of information concerning you, as well as your rights to restrict and object to the processing of your data.
